Bereavement Support Team
Our bereavement support team are a group of trained listeners who seek to help all those who are affected by loss in anyway, principally by the death of a loved one. Our main contacts are through the funerals taken by our clergy: however we visit and help anyone in need of support in our parish and in the church family.
We run monthly coffee mornings, tea afternoons and cheese and wine evenings so that those who are bereaved can meet others and gain support as well as friendship.
Our annual memorial service is a time to remember whose we have lost and is an opportunity to light a candle in memory of them.
